1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. pp444 does not permit corporate or institutional accounts; the Platform is available to individual natural persons only.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on pp444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of pp444 or its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by pp444 for any reason related to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not diagnosed with, or being treated for, a gambling disorder, and you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

pp444 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility condition has not been, or is no longer being, met.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or any related payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any Balance in those Accounts may be forfeited.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, your date of birth, your residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account. pp444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: pp444 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may request verification at any earlier stage. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) issued by Indonesian authorities. You may also be asked to provide proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request being submitted may result in the request being declined and the Account being suspended pending verification.

pp444 reserves the right to perform additional enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of maintaining an active Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pp444 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal conditions (typically within 15 seconds). pp444 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which pp444 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by pp444's cashier team within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pp444 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

pp444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including identity verification documents and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the Company's satisfaction.

In cases where pp444 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request and to freeze the associated Account pending investigation. Players affected by such a freeze will be notified where permitted by applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pp444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players who are 21 years of age or older.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each welcome promotion once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds carry a default Wagering Requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion specifies a shorter or longer period. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period without any compensating credit.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute 10%–20%; sportsbook bets may contribute 100% of settled stake. Game-specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• pp444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect Wagering Requirements already in progress for a claimed bonus.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of normal withdrawal procedures following full completion of Wagering Requirements.

pp444 monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where such patterns are identified, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings without notice.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on pp444 — including live casino tables, slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, Mahjong Ways, Andar Bahar, Online Poker, and sportsbook markets — are governed by these Terms and by the individual game rules accessible within each game environment.

pp444 sources its games exclusively from licensed third-party studios and data providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. The Company does not operate the random number generators or live dealing infrastructure directly; those functions are managed by the respective studio under their own licensing and certification obligations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, the following policy applies:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on pp444's infrastructure, the wager for that round will be refunded to your Balance.
• If the fault originates with the third-party game studio's infrastructure, the studio's own malfunction policy will apply. pp444 will cooperate with the studio to resolve the matter but cannot guarantee outcomes in those circumstances.
• pp444 reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical error has materially affected the integrity of the outcome.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF). In-play bets accepted after the outcome of the event was already determined — due to data feed delay or any other reason — will be voided. Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled; a voided leg reduces the parlay to the remaining valid selections.

8 Responsible Gaming

pp444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform offers the following player-protection features, accessible at any time through Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at intervals you choose to keep track of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, your Account cannot be reopened early under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pp444 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any form of software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such exploitation must be reported to pp444 support immediately; failure to report constitutes misconduct.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting scheme.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transactions of an illegal nature.
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first pursuing pp444's internal dispute resolution process.
• Abusing the promotions system, including opening duplicate Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymizing technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior directed at pp444 staff or other Players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pp444 name, logo, trademarks, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pp444 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such content.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pp444. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property law and will be treated accordingly.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp444 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional copy.
• Technical malfunctions in third-party game studio software or payment processing infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers, including delays in crediting deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pp444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Maximum Aggregate Liability: To the extent permitted by law, pp444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

pp444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by pp444 is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. pp444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and in compliance with applicable data protection principles.

13 Termination

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to pp444 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination by pp444: pp444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pp444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Continuation of the Account relationship would expose pp444 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• Your jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Jurisdiction after your Account was originally opened.

In the event of termination for cause, pp444 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no misconduct is established, verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction under which pp444 holds its operating license. pp444 is Licensed and Regulated Internationally.

In the event of a dispute between you and pp444, you agree to first attempt resolution through pp444's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team in writing. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the competent dispute resolution body designated by pp444's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pp444 from seeking injunctive or other emergency relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

15 Amendments

pp444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it could reasonably be expected to affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pp444 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request prior to the effective date.

The version number and "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicate the most current revision. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
